The main topics of the IfTI Global Symposium 2022, hosted on May 24 and 25 at the University of Offenburg (campus Gengenbach) were opportunities and difficulties of the green transition and the challenges that trade faces in a new global order. The valuable knowledge of the invited special guests was documented and published in the new special section “global policy”.

The invited special guests of this event were the Secretary of State for Trade Xiana Méndez, the CEO Peder Lundquist of EKF Denmark’s Export Credit Agency, Mairead Lavery, CEO at Export Development Canada, General Manager Yuichiro Akita of Nippon Export and Investment Insurance, President Benedikt Oramah of the African Export-Import Bank, Executive Director Ratnakar Adhikari of the World Trade Organization Enhanced Integrated Framework, Director Marion Jansen of OECD – OCDE and Secretariat Co-head Alex Michie of Glasgow Financial Alliance for Net Zero.
